Since I began my business I’ve had lots of different team members working with me. I’ve had several virtual assistants, hired ongoing graphic design staff, employed contractors, supported a week experience student and now have a Business Manager on my team.
I get a lot of questions about how I work with team members, which is why I’m releasing this workshop, Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. In this three hour workshop (with a half hour intermission) I’m going to be talking about how I identify tasks for outsourcing, how I recruit for team members, how I train new starters (and continue training other team members), how I oversee work, the ways in which we communicate, how I pay my team members and so much more! I’m lifting the curtain and showing you what goes on behind the scenes in my business when it comes to staffing.
